Working days: Saturday to Thursday.
Holiday: Friday.

The below expected delivery times are accurate by more than 99%, delays may occur in a very rare cases due to circumstances beyond control, We appreciate your understanding if a delay occurred and we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you in the event of any delay.

Delivery to Amman city: You will receive your order on the next working day, if you ordered early (12:00 am - 9:00 am) then you will receive your order on the same working day.

Delivery to all other cities: You will receive your order within 60 hours.

Question 1: Can I set a specific time for delivery during the day?
Answer: Please note that our delivery service is not specified time delivery during the day, however, you can write notes regarding the preferred time for delivery, whether in the notes field in the shopping cart or in the address field when you checkout to order, but please note that these preferred times for delivery will be taken into account as much as possible and according to the availability of delivery trips to your area, and it is not binding to us in the event of the inability to do it, so please cooperate with the delivery representative as much as possible to help him deliver your order, and please note that the preferred times for delivery are more executable when you provide us a wider time range, below are some examples of highly executable notes:

* Example 1:
Work address (for example, 7th Circle): 9 am - 3 pm, and home address (Tlaa Al-Ali, for example): 4 pm - 8 pm

* Example 2:
Address (Shmeisani for example): 11 am - 8 pm

Question 2: I move a lot during the day and my time is tight, what is the solution?
Answer: We suggest that you authorize someone to receive your order on your behalf, and you can take advantage of the exchange and return service in case you need it, while make sure to contact us on the same day of receiving the order for exchange or return.
