Inspection upon receipt, exchange and return
The main objective of the "inspection upon receipt, exchange and return policy" is for the consumer to ensure that the product delivered to him is of a high quality, identical to the image and the size is suitable for him, so we developed a policy that guarantees this to the consumer and at the same time prevents the misuse of this service.
Please read this policy carefully to avoid misuse.
This policy is divided into two parts:
Part 1: All products, except for underwear, lingerie, and swimwear.
You can inspect the products delivered to you upon receipt as the following:
- Inform delivery representative that you intend to inspect your order.
- The inspection period mustn't exceed 10 minutes.
- After inspection, you can return the order or part of it to delivery representative, the value of the returned products will be deducted from the order value, delivery fees must be paid in all cases.
- If you couldn't inspect your order upon receipt and you need to exchange or return your order, you must contact us via WhatsApp at 0796031113 on the same day of receiving the order, the exchange or return will be done on the next working day, delivery fees must be paid for the exchange or return trip, you are not entitled to claim the exchange or return after the end of the day on which you received your order.
Part 2: Underwear, lingerie and swimwear.
You can inspect the products delivered to you upon receipt (visually only without wearing at all) and as the following:
- Inform delivery representative that you intend to inspect your order.
- The inspection period mustn't exceed 5 minutes.
- After inspection, you can return the order or part of it to delivery representative, the value of the returned products will be deducted from the order value, delivery fees must be paid in all cases.
Underwear, lingerie and swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances after they have been inspected and received from the delivery representative, this is to preserve public health conditions.
Examples of things that you should avoid because they may be considered as a misuse of the service:
- Ordering a set of products to choose from in which return rate exceeds 25% of the order value.
- Ordering two sizes of the same product to choose one of them.
- Exceeding the permitted time for the inspection period as mentioned above.
- Any action that conflicts with the main objective of the service.
** Important note: You have the right to return the products that you do not want without any objection from the delivery representative, but if our team finds that there is a misuse of the service, then the customer service will contact you to help you in avoiding misuse in the next times in order to ensure the continuity of providing service to you.
